Accessibility Information
GENERAL
When you book a flight, be sure to tell your travel agent or airline if you need assistance or have special needs. When you arrive at the airport, a skycap is on duty at the first door entering our terminal from the front drive. They can help you get your bags to the ticket counter. Once you get to the ticket counter, tell the ticket agent about your situation and your airline will take care of you.
PARKING
Convenient parking is available for those with disabilities. Reserved spaces are located in the short term parking lot, just across from the terminal. Vehicles with handicapped license plates or cards will be charged the long term parking rate.
WHEELCHAIRS
Skycaps can provide wheelchairs and assistance to the boarding gate.
SECURITY CHECKPOINT
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) runs the security checkpoint. When you get to the checkpoint, be sure to tell TSA employees of your condition and any special needs you have. For more information, visit the TSA web site.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms have a wide stall with handrails.
RENTAL CARS
Rental car agencies generally offer services for those with disabilities. Contact your rental car agency for more information.
