 DSC_0021.JPG - The concrete is dumped right on the ground. See that big pile? That's concrete. That big yellow machine is called a "laydown machine." It creeps slowly forward on tracked feet. As it moves, it shapes the pile into a uniform layer of concrete that's 15 inches thick.
